Rules for Silent Auction

Moggill State School W-Bay Auction 26 April 2009

W-Bay is similar to E-Bay except your bid is in writing. Pre-fete bids will be accepted.   Bid sheets are available from Moggill State School from 22nd April and at the Moggill State School Fete on Sunday 26th April.

Complete the auction form with your name, contact phone number and your bid.  Bids will be accepted up to a pre-determined time printed on the bidding sheet.  The highest bid by the allocated time will be able to claim and pay for the item at the auction tent on the day of the fete.  If you do not collect the item by 4:00pm you will be contacted by phone and advised that you were the highest bid.   If two people bid the same amount of money the first person who submitted the bid will be given the item.  Payments for the goods can be made by EFTPOS - Debit card only, cheque or cash.  No goods will exchange hands until full payment is received.

An auction tent will be sent up on Sunday 26th April at the Moggill State School Fete with all auction items displayed.  Bids can be placed at the tent up until the specified time.
