Our teenagers are facing a world more complex than ever before. The pressures on our young people are huge. Pressure on parents, to figure it out, while raising their kids is increasingly difficult.

BreakFreeNow recognises this and provides empowering, life-changing, interactive workshops for teenagers between 13 and 17 years of age. The BreakFreeNow workshops deliver high quality journeys of exploration and discovery which confront the real issues that young people themselves are facing.

The BreakFreeNow workshop is run by the Real Teens Foundation, a not-for-profit, non religious, non political organisation run by a group of dedicated and passionate men and women who volunteer their time to help teenages face the challenges of today's soceity.
