This pair of Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus haematodus), a.k.a. Blue Mountain Parrot and Red-Collared Lorikeet, are frequent visitors to the back verandah. They sure like grapes!!! They also seem to be willing participants in my photo shoot :-P at least I like to think so :o)Description: 25-32 cm, Scarlet bill, streaky blue head, yellow-green nape, blue belly and red-orange chest and 'trousers'.
