Moggill Guides Centenary Tree Planting - 01.08.10, 11:00am

Moggill Girl Guides are planting a Centenary Tree to celebrate 100 years of Girl Guiding!!

WHERE? Moggill Girl Guide Hut, Birkin Road, Bellbowrie

WHEN? Sunday, 1st August; 11.00am to 2.00pm

WHAT? Official Tree Planting and unveiling new Hut signage

WHAT ELSE?  Sausage sizzle, BBQ burgers, Devonshire Teas, Wishing Well, Face Painting, Crafts and fun Games and Activities for children

AND..? A display of Guiding Memorabilia from 1910 to 2010

ALSO.. A fashion show at midday, of past Guide Uniforms

WHO? All families from the community- everyone welcome!!! Especially Guides, past Guides & former Guide Leaders - tell your friends!

2010 Brookfield Centenary Show

Come along to the 2010 Brookfield Centenary Show celebrating 100 years since the first show.

Rodeo and Fireworks Friday night.

The Westpac Fireworks Display and the Flying Lotahs Saturday night.

Robinson's Family Circus Saturday and Sunday.

Side show Alley with lots of rides and entertainment.

Helicopter rides.

Music and entertainment all weekend!

Of course, all the competitions, including Art and Children's art, Cattle, Child Craft, Cookery, Ducks, Horses, Horticulture, Needlework, Photography, Poultry, and Woodcraft.

And this year see the Guinea Pig stud competition.  Sections open for nominations!
