BCA Youth Group Pool Party Postponed

Due to the uncertainty of weather and flood conditions this week, we have decided it prudent to postpone Saturday's Pool Party.
 
The BCA Youth Group will re-schedule this event and we'll let you all know when it will be,

Thank You To Our Local Young People!

The Bellbowrie Community Association Youth Group would like to say thank the 64+ wonderful young people who braved the wet weather to make our first Pool Party on Wednesday 22/12/10 such a great success.

BCA volunteers, PCYC & Brisbane Council helpers were all most impressed with the behaviour and politeness of everyone that attended and the great ideas submitted which we hope will make the next Pool Party on January 15th even better.

Thanks To Our Local Business Supporters

We'd like to thank the following local businesses for supporting the event:

• Mexiner's Meats - for supplying the wondeful sausages enjoyed by all;
• Snap Fitness Bellbowrie - for providing excellent Lucky Door Prizes.
• Coles Bellbowrie - for the $50 voucher used to purchase food adn supplies; and of course
• Bellbowrie Swimming Pool - for hosting such a great event!

We'd also like to thank the local businesses and organisations that displayed our flyers advertising the event and lastly, but by no means least, Brisbane City Council and the PCYC for helping to make the event possible.

The next BCA Youth Group Pool Party will be held from 6:30pm to 10:00pm on Saturday 15th January at Bellbowrie Pool. We hope to see morw 12 to 17 year olds coming along to join in the fun!

The Bellbowrie Community Association Youth Group, in association with Brisbane City Council, PCYC and Bellbowrie Swimming Pool are pleased announce an event for local 12 to 17 year olds:

What: Bellbowrie Pool Party

When: Wednesday 22nd December6:30pm to 10:00pm

Where: Bellbowrie Swimming Pool, Sugarwood St, BellbowrieTel: 3202 7055

Who's It For: Local 12 to 17 Year Olds

Cost: $4 Entry includes Swimming, Disco and BBQ Sausage Sizzle and Lucky Door prize draw

BYO Music: bring your favourite music on USB

Important Notes:

• Parents must collect their children from the event;
• No Alcohol to be consumed;
• Pool lifesavers and adult supervisors will montitor the event;
• Drinks and chips for sale on the evening;
• Adults attending/volunteering at the event will be required to provide photo ID.
