Improvised Bridge, Moggill, 1937

This bridge was 158 yards long and built by 16 members of the 7th Field Company, Royal Australian Engineers (Reserves) in exactly one hour. Burst Water Main June 17th Cuts off Moggill Water

A water main burst at about 7pm on Wednesday June 17th  at the corner of Kangaroo Gully and Sugars Road  in the Bellbowrie Anstead Area. The kerb broke, the road subsided and chunks of mud were strewn accross the road. As of midnight there is still no water spply in Moggill, Anstead, Bellbowrie.
