Seeking travel study participants from Moggill/ Bellbowrie

Dear Moggill, Bellbowrie and Surrounds residents,

My name is Hadi Mirisaee, a researcher from the Queensland University of Technology. I am interested in developing new mobile phone applications to support travel sharing. To do this, I would like to first understand more about the experience of travelling from Moggill / Bellbowrie to any destination. I am seeking people to participate in a mobile diary study. This would involve writing brief diary entries about your daily travels using your smartphone. If you would like to help me in this study I am looking for males and females over 18 years old who travel daily. It includes travelling by car, bike, etc. or using public transportation or even walking to the destination.

Daytime nanny required 3 days/wk for 4mth old in Moggill

We are looking for a trustworthy and caring part-time nanny to care for our beautiful 4 month old daughter in our home at Moggill for 3 days per week. I am returning to work (mostly from home) and I need assistance with looking after my baby girl so I can have quiet time to participate in teleconferences, attend occasional offsite meetings, write reports etc. The role will involve assisting me with feeding, playtime, nappy changes, walks and settling to sleep. I envisage approx 8/9 hours/day (around 8am to 4/5pm) 3 days a week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (this may increase to 4 days in the future). We require someone who can be flexible as regards availability as I may need to attend infrequent ad hoc meetings on other days. Our preference is for candidates with a police check, blue card, first aid certificate and a demonstrated interest in early childcare. Our home is a short walk from the regular bus service and shopping centre. Ideally, the start date would be by the end of January.

Seeking furnished place/room for may and june

Hi, I am researcher returning from Helsinki to finish write up of thesis for two months (may and june). I am looking for a furnished big room where I can work and live happily for that time. Be good to have some outdoor space to work too, but I will be at university a lot. I am older and sensible enough to not cause trouble (friend and colleague of the nnub researchers and I think they would recommend me :). I don't eat much meat, some fish but I can manage that stuff or join in as suits.

I just really need a good internet connection, bed, places for clothes and big desk in a nice light and happy environment (lively is good too, with quiet moments).
